a pendleton tradition since 1959 famous for steaks

Cimmiyotti’s was founded in 1959 by Ann & Paul Cimmiyotti, they made the place great, a landmark, considered iconic by many.  Paul Cimmiyotti sold the restaurant in 1994. The place passed through many different hands, Cimmiyotti’s closed in 2005, and fell into disrepair.  Although Cimmiyotti’s was destined for restoration! Through divine circumstances the restaurant’s legacy continues today!  In 2008, the current owner, Jennifer Keeton passed through the region and stopped in Pendleton. She had an instant love for the city of Pendleton, and a dream of having a restaurant of her own. July 7th 2009, Cimmiyotti’s was restored and reopened as Virgil’s at Cimmiyotti’s.  Virgil’s was added to honor Jennifer’s late father, Cimmiyotti’s remained to pay tribute to the Cimmiyotti family legacy.  No attention to detail was spared, in making the place great again!
